"Superfood" Kalettes is the result of 15 years of breeding and are a cross between Brussels sprouts combined with the mild, sweet, nutty taste of kale. Kalettes contains double the amount of vitamin B6 and C than ordinary Brussels sprouts. The cultivation method is the same as Brussels sprouts. The rosettes of this delicious vegetable are harvested from the stiff stalks in abundance. After sowing under glass or seedbed, transplant your seedlings to their final destination. Kalettes can be harvested for a very long period of time during moderate winters.
