Swiss Chard Peppermint - Buzzy
Directly sow in open ground from mid-March to mid-August, and thin out if needed. The white and pink striped stems create a beautiful sight in the garden and can also be used as young leaves in different salads. The mature leaves are delightful when cooked in a stewed manner, similar to spinach.
