Anemone Bulbs for Sale Online

Anemone Bulbs are for Sale Online via our webshop. Anemone flowers are very colourful and beautiful. They are lovely garden flowers. Florists frequently use the showy Coronaria varieties in bouquets. Most anemones are early flowering, from March to April, making these excellent plants, perfect for your spring garden flower display. You can quickly add a splash of colour to your garden with these vibrant coloured blooms. Think of bold reds and royal purple hues or candy cane pinks and pristine whites – or a combination of these colours such as Anemone coronaria bicolor ‘De Caen’ which has eye-catching red and white striped blooms and is famous all over the world. De Caen is also available for sale as a large pack. These are not only beautiful in your flower border, but are also excellent as pot plants. Also, high in demand are the double flowering varieties like Anemone ‘The Governor’, ‘Lieutenant’ and ‘Mount Everest’.

Anemone Bulbs Planting

Anemones are popular garden plants because they flower abundantly and are very colourful. In our web shop, you can buy anemone bulbs, most of which are early flowering and can be planted from February to September, and perennial Japanese Anemones, which come in a pot and are ready to plant perennial garden plants. Anemone bulbs do not look like bulbs. They look more like tubers or – strangely enough – a bit of dirt. Many websites give the advice to soak these bulbs/tubers overnight in water if they look a little dried out. Anemone bulbs are winter hardy, which means that you do not need to dig them up for overwintering. Plant the bulbs in fertile, slightly acidic garden soil about 5 cm deep and 10 cm apart in the semi-shade. Most Anemones tolerate semi-shade to shade very well, but be sure to allow them to receive some sun daily. Don't have much room in the garden? Did you know that anemones are excellent pot plants? Why not plant your bulbs in different kinds of pots and containers. You can place them anywhere on your balcony or terrace or garden table to enjoy, and they are sure to flower for at least a month!

Japanese Anemone Collection

Japanese Anemones are very spectacular in the garden because they flower profusely. These are hardy perennials that grow well in virtually any kind of soil. Provided the soil is well-drained and not too poor. Japanese Anemone x hybrida ‘Königin Charlotte’ and Japanese Anemone x hybrida ‘Rotkäppchen’ both have lovely elegant flowers in beautiful shades of pink and lush foliage. These beautiful perennial garden plants are loved for their shade tolerance and romantic flair. They are easy to combine with many other favourite border plants and flower from June to September. Classic border plant combinations are Japanese anemones in combination with Monarda and Echinacea Purpurea. A dark backdrop like a green hedge or Buxus sempervivums will make their beautiful flowers stand out and seem to float in the air as the evening sets in.
