Seed tape is a quick and easy way to grow vegetables. It is made from paper which dissolves in soil. Lay the seed tape on a flat seedbed, moisten and cover with approx. 0,5 cm of soil. Keep the soil moist after planting. Grow beautiful white, oval spring onions with upright dark green leaves. Spring onions require dark conditions to germinate. Do not thin out seedlings too much after germination. Lightly fertilize the soil, preferably with compost. Can be harvested in early summer. Harvested spring onions can be kept longer stored upright in the fridge in a jar with a little water. Use raw in soups and salads. Lenght seed tape is 5m.
