The sprouts have a mild taste and often used as a garnish to complement meat and fish dishes. It is also an excellent addition to salads or cheese, egg and tomato sandwiches. Place the seeds in a dark room with an average room temperature (20-22°C). Sowing alfalfa is very easy. Sow the seeds on a piece of damp paper or cloth, after which you can eat the sprouted plants after 5 days.
