Salad Mix - Organic Sprouting glass pot. Place one spoon of seeds into the jar. Add lukewarm water and drain thoroughly. Rinse 2 or 3 times a day and keep in a warm place, ± 20°c. After 4-7 days: allow the seeds to rest on a plate for about 4 hours before eating or refrigerating.Including the organically grown seeds.
